Units range in size from efficiencies to three bedroom units. All units are full furnished, including linens and kitchen utensils. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with microwaves, telephones, televisions and VCR's.
A Deposit
of $100.00 per bedroom, per weekly reservation, or the equivalent of 1 night rental on daily reservations.
Extra Guest
$20.00 per person per day, or $100.00 per person per week.

Other Charges
12% sales tax and telephone charge of $5.00per week or $1 per day with free local calls.

Refund Policy
Your deposit is refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if we re-rent your room for the time period you had confirmed. If it is not re-rented you will loose your full deposit.
