The Units

Units range in size from 1 room efficiencies to three bedroom units. All units are fully furnished including linens and kitchen utensils. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with microwaves, telephones, televisions and VCR's.


A Deposit

of $100.00 per bedroom, per weekly reservation, or the equivalent of 1 night rental on daily reservations.


Extra Guest

$20.00 per person per day, or $100.00 per person per week.
(over 24 months of age)


Other Charges

12% sales tax

AFTER 3:00 P.M.

CHECK OUT TIME

BEFORE 10:00 A.M.

(By check out time we ask that all vehicles, boats, trailers, guests and their belongings depart from property.)

All Rooms Now Non Smoking And Pet Free.

Daily reservations (2 night minimum - 3 or 4 nights for holidays)

Refund Policy


Your deposit is refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if we re-rent your room for the time period you had confirmed.  If it is not re-rented you will loose your full deposit.
